I just recently started using an old tablet that my father bought in a fit of passion almost 5-7 years ago. The model is Bamboo Fun CTE-660/K. I seem to have the exact same problem that you are facing. Installed every possible driver on Wacom's site. The basic options are shown under 'Pen' tab in the Wacom Preferences, but nothing else to influence the pressure sensitivity. Tried to check on PS, GIMP, Blender, ZBrush (all the software that I use), nothing to indicate that pressure sensitivity is working.
